Several days ago I came across this very interesting link courtesy of Dr Hershael York:
After reading the post as well as some background information about it’s author, Ray Carroll, I reached out to Ray by email and offered to help in any way I could. You see, Ray is a fallen pastor who is interested in ministering to other hurting and fallen pastors. He is very open, honest, and transparent about his journey from seminary graduate, to pastor, to adulterer, to fallen pastor, and now to one who is ministering to hurting and fallen pastors.
As a former pastor myself, I was interested in partnering with him in reaching out to hurting, burned out, and fallen pastors. As an IT student learning web design, I was interested in helping Ray migrate his blog from WordPress.com to his self-hosted Fallen Pastor Blog.
Ray responded quickly and before I knew it, I was knee-deep in moving Ray’s blog. He had already purchased the domain and web-hosting. I found a theme that worked for Ray — one that met his needs and wants for his blog — and tweaked it a bit to make it his own.
Now, as a result of our mutual friend on Facebook, Ray and I are new friends and partners in ministry. You should head over there and read some of his content.
