I found this rather fascinating. Enjoy!
While your info graphic appears to be informative, I think its slightly astray of the history and development of computers in that the first computer in Australia was the fourth in the world, and “was a supercomputer for its time – revolutionising everything from weather forecasting to banking….”
“Of the handful of computers operating before 1950 it’s the only one still intact,” says Peter Thorne, of the sprawling behemoth. “Also, we’re pretty confident now that it was the first computer in the world to play computer music, which is essentially the birth of multimedia. That happened in 1951, exactly 50 years ago.”
Notwithstanding, your info-graphic makes no mention of the Babbage machine and I’m somewhat mystified as to why you include the birth of Hewlett Packard in this info-graphic ?

What a neat way to look at the advancements in technology. If someone that was older than I looked at this they could probably re live many of these times as if they were moments in their life. I’m only 30 so I haven’t seen many of these products.
